OUR STORY
THE FAMILY BEHIND LA CASITA

We are Héctor & Ellen, a Dutch- Colombian couple who, after some travels around the world, ended up in the vibrant city of Barcelona.
A few years ago, when looking for a more relaxing life style, we moved to the small village of Cabrils. Here we found our dream house, set in the hills and overlooking the village.
​
After an extensive renovation and quite some blood, sweat and tears later, La Casita is a fact!
Together with our little assistants Mila (7) & Yannick (4) and enthusiastic dog Dexter, we now run this cosy self-catered apartment set in our garden.
Our love for hospitality, traveling and meeting new friends, make us want to share our little paradise with our guests.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Sitting on the top of a hill in the small village of Cabrils, La Casita offers you views normally reserved for postcards. Due to the mild climate, the tree covered hills stay beautiful all year. This place is pure peace of mind.
Still, the sea is only a short drive away, offering the best of two worlds.
Being close to Barcelona, with plenty of beaches nearby, a stunning natural park just steps away, amazing gastronomy & wines, and much more, make this a perfect little relaxing spot!
